Earlier this year, we were rear ended very badly. The car was brand new, and the at-fault insurance was a nightmare to work with because of a "limits" issue. As a result, the original body shop that they took the vehicle to failed--repeatedly--to fully repair our vehicle (leaking trunk, dents from their tools, even the wrong color paint!). After multiple failed attempts to fix our vehicle, we had lost complete faith in the original body shop. Thankfully, we were referred to Karl Schmidt at Go Collision. Karl went above and beyond the call to set things right: documenting everything, helping us deal with the insurance, and even getting the Utah Insurance Commission involved when it came down to bad faith and complete negligence. Karl is incredibly knowledgeable and will work tirelessly to not only fix your vehicle, but also to give you the peace of mind you need after an accident. Wish I could give more stars!
Thanks again, My team really does try very hard to make sure the customer is our #1 priority. We have repeatedly found that when the shop that fixes the vehicle would rather make the insurance company happy the repairs never go as they should due to conflict of interest (my opinion of course). Needless to say we are grateful to have you as a customer, and will continue the fight for your best interest.
